Workshop on Fund Withdrawal Plans (RPD) to Encourage Realization of a More Effective Budget

The Bureau of Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations (BPKH) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a workshop on making Fund Withdrawal Plans (RPD) on Thursday (27/7/2023). This activity was carried out in the Meeting Room on the 3rd floor of the Banjarmasin ULM Rectorate Building and was attended by financial operator staff in the ULM work environment.

Drs. Parmasihat as the Head of the ULM PKH Bureau said that the preparation of the RPD needed to be carried out consistently by each section and subsection as a work unit within ULM. “Therefore, it is hoped that the activities that have been included in the RKA will be carried out immediately or transferred to activities that are more likely to be carried out this year,” he said.

This RPD scheme is one of the target strategies for budget realization and aims to make the ULM work budget more effective. Through the RPD scheme, each work unit, both at the university and faculty level, is asked to ensure an action plan that can be implemented within 5 months of this year. “If there are activities that cannot be carried out, please report them immediately. Funds that are not used later will be diverted to other units that need them, “explained the Head of Bureau.

With the implementation of RPD, it is expected that work units can carry out activities in a more effective, efficient, focused and measurable manner.
