ULM Holds Performance Achievement Coordination Meeting for TW I and II 2023

Banjarmasin – The Bureau of Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations (BPKH) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a Coordination Meeting with an agenda to discuss ULM Achievements in Quarter I and Quarter II of 2023. This coordination meeting was held on Monday (21/8/2023) in Room Meeting on the 3rd floor of the ULM Banjarmasin Rectorate Building.

Present at this meeting were ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc., Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance Dr. Ir. Arief Rahmad Maulana Akbar, M.Si., IPU., Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations Dr. Ir. Yusuf Azis, M.Sc., along with the ranks of Deans, Postgraduate Directors, Heads of Institutions, Heads of UPT, and Heads of Bureaus in the ULM work environment.

In this meeting, the Rector conveyed that the agenda for this coordination meeting was important, namely to discuss and evaluate ULM’s performance achievements in 2023, especially performance related to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU). “Our performance will arrive at the end of 2023, especially to catch up with us,” said the Rector.

At this coordination meeting, the Rector said that he had a target for at least ULM to reach 90% in KPI achievement. As for the strategies that need to be pursued in order to improve performance achievements, the Rector conveyed that it is necessary to build intensive, collaborative communication, and meetings between work units that are more massive so that various problems and obstacles that occur can be resolved as well as possible.
