Visit of the Head of KPPN Banjarmasin in the context of handing over the charter and coordinating budget implementation
Banjarmasin – Rector of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, SE., M.Si., welcomed the visit of the Head of the Banjarmasin State Treasury Services Office (KPPN), Tri Ananto Putro on Monday (18/09/2023). This visit was carried out in the Rector’s Room for the purpose of handing over the charter and coordinating budget implementation.
Head of KPPN Banjarmasin, Tri Ananto Putro also expressed his appreciation for various components in financial management. One of them is related to the management of SKPP related to transferred employees or retired employees. According to him, this is very crucial and concerns the fate/desires of the person concerned. Because there are some people who don’t care about that. For example, SKPPs are not immediately issued when employees have entered retirement, even for up to 3 months, so retired employees do not even receive a pension. Therefore, the Head of KPPN really appreciates ULM in terms of SKPP management, which clearly has experience and because of the human resources that ULM has, it can show extraordinary performance.
On this occasion, the Head of KPPN Banjarmasin would also like to express his appreciation to one of the ULM employees who received an award as the 1st best operator in financial management, namely Mrs. Husnul Khotimah. The Head of KPPN intends to give a certificate of appreciation directly to him. This is certainly an extraordinary achievement, how ULM can develop human resources that have competitiveness in the current era of digitalization. Moreover, the Head of KPPN considers that there are many policy and system changes that can be followed well by operators. The Rector himself was very proud and also appreciated the award given by KPPN to one of ULM’s employees.
The Head of KPPN also did not forget to convey a little evaluation regarding budget management which ULM must pay attention to. All of this will be an assessment that will measure the improvement in ULM’s performance to Good Governance. There are several indicators that can measure the success of budget management, including planning programs and activities that will be implemented in the coming months, budget realization that meets targets, targets for completing payment orders (SPM) on time, and so on.
