Lambung Mangkurat University PPPK Contract Signing
Banjarmasin – In order to increase competent and highly competitive human resources, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology is opening the acceptance of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) whose placements are spread throughout Indonesia. Therefore, in this regard, Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) is following up on the letter from the Head of the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 28068/A3/KP.01.04/2023 dated 24 August 2023 regarding the Request for Work Agreement Contract Documents Formation PPPK for the 2022 Fiscal Year to invite government employees with work agreements (PPPK) to sign contracts. This agenda was carried out on Monday (28/08/2023) in the 1st floor of the ULM Rectorate Hall.
Present at the event, ULM Rector Prof. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc., Head of General Affairs and Finance Bureau Akhmad Iskandar, Personnel Coordinator Heru Nurhidayat Eka Putra, and PPPK. In signing this contract, there were 5 PPPK people as educational staff and 66 PPPK people as educators/lecturers.
In his speech, the Rector welcomed today’s event and hoped for synergy from the employees who will sign the contract today. He also gave a message to the new PPPK to be able to carry out their duties and functions properly for more advanced ULM. Not only that, PPK must also be active in innovating and making contributions to ULM to make it more advanced in the future. The Rector said
ULM is currently facing challenges with the election of ULM as the organizer of independent entrepreneurship and he believes the presence of these employees will add to ULM’s strength. “Having to implement the Tri Dharma in a measurable manner means that with the Tri Dharma, these employees must have a fast career.” concluded the Rector.
