Socialization of 2024 RKAKL Preparation in the ULM Environment
Banjarmasin – Head of Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations Bureau of Lambung Mangkurat University (BPKH ULM) Drs. Parmasihat invited leaders and staff at the ULM Work Unit to be directly involved in the preparation of the RKA in their respective work units. Therefore, the ULM BPKH Bureau invited leaders and staff at the ULM Work Unit to attend a briefing meeting on the preparation of the 2024 Work Unit RKAKL proposal which was held in the meeting room on 2nd floor of the ULM Rectorate, Tuesday (04/04/2023).
The Work Plan and Budget (RKA) is a planning and budgeting document that aims to make the budgeted funds used effectively and efficiently. In his remarks, Head of BPKH Drs. Parmasihat explained that effective and efficient use of funds must be used immediately to be implemented. Later, this will be closely related to the achievement of KPI which has become the obligation of Higher Education.
This activity is considered very important because according to the results of a review conducted by the Head of BPKH and the team from Planning there are still many obstacles in the preparation of the Budget Work Plan (RKA). One of them is the inappropriate arrangement of activities. He hopes that in the preparation of the RKA, especially for the implementation of activities, everything has been carefully planned for the needs of the budget, which can then be broken down from the predetermined budget what is needed. So that there will be a new format in the preparation of RKA which makes it easy to understand in making and compiling it.
The BPKH bureau is very open in providing guidance and requests for discussions. So far the preparation of the RKA has not involved much BPKH so that during the review activities there were still obstacles encountered. “Our goal today is to equalize perceptions so that we can prepare RKA according to the format. So that the preparation of the 2024 RKA format can be completed no later than April 18, 2023 along with the proposed activities.” Close Drs. Parmasihat
