ULM Invites the Working Group of the Ministry in the Context of Strengthening the Implementation of SAKIP
Banjarmasin – Rector of ULM Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc., chaired the meeting organized by the Bureau of Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations in order to Strengthen the Implementation of SAKIP at Lambung Mangkurat University with the 2023 Central SAKIP Team on Monday (17/04/2023). This event took place in the Senate Meeting Room on the 3rd floor of the Rectorate and was attended by all Vice Rector , Deans, Chairpersons of the LPPM Institute, Heads of Bureaus and Coordinators within ULM.
Also present at the SAKIP strengthening meeting were a team from the Ministry of Education and Culture in the presence of Mr. I Nyoman Sutiksena and Mrs. Yohana T.W Manulang.
This strengthening meeting was carried out due to a decrease in the ULM SAKIP value at the beginning of 2023 compared to 2022. According to the Head of the BPKH Bureau, the value that had the most decrease was in the Planning section so it was scheduled today to receive reinforcement supervision from the Ministry with a target of increasing the SAKIP value.
The Rector in his remarks thanked the chairman of the Working Group of the Ministry of Education and Culture for sending his team Mr. Nyoman and Mrs. Yohana who are expected to be able to provide solutions to all the problems currently being experienced by ULM in order to improve the achievement scores of SAKIP at ULM. He conveyed the need for synergy between all organizational lines within ULM internally in order to strengthen SAKIP in 2023 to 80.1. He also hopes that all the achievements and targets of ULM, namely the rector’s performance target, can be evaluated in stages every quarter so that they can find out more clearly the location of the problem and solve the problem earlier with assistance or guidance from the Ministry who can be specifically invited to ULM.
Continous Improvement must also always be carried out, “Evaluation from time to time in stages absolutely must be carried out not only for SAKIP but for others as well”. Said the Rector, he also believed that ULM could fix any lags in the targeted SAKIP score “because it’s still the beginning of 2023 with the opportunities that are still available, we can improve in such a way in order to increase the SAKIP score in 2023.” he added.
It is hoped that this meeting will be able to describe one by one what caused the decline in SAKIP from 2021 to 2022 and how to increase the value of SKP from 2022 to 2023
