Eid al-Adha 1444 H Celebration: Rectorate of ULM Sacrifice 5 Cows

Banjarmasin – University of Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) again carried out the slaughter of sacrificial animals on Eid al-Adha 1444 H which took place on Thursday (29/06/2023). This Eid al-Adha celebration is the first time it has not been held for 3 years due to the Covid – 19 pandemic. According to Expenditure Treasurer Jupriadi, the enthusiasm of employees and officials at the rectorate who want to make sacrifices has increased. “Alhamdulillah, this year we are able to carry out the sacrifice again in celebration of Eid al-Adha after 3 years due to yesterday’s pandemic,” he said.

This activity involved rectorate employees as the implementing committee and was carried out in the backyard of the ULM Rectorate. A total of 5 sacrificial cows were prepared for this Eid al-Adha 1444 H celebration.

“The sacrificial cow is a sacrificial cow prepared by officials and employees of the ULM Rectorate which will then be distributed to employees at the ULM Rectorate, students and also the surrounding community.” Jupriadi added.
