ULM Leadership Coordination Meeting Discusses Evaluation of 2022 Performance Achievements
Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a Leadership Coordination Meeting on Thursday (9/2/2023) in the 3rd Floor Meeting Room of the Banjarmasin Rectorate Building. This meeting is an annual agenda in order to evaluate the achievement of the organization’s performance against the target of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) and Strategic Plan for 2022.
The meeting was attended by the Rector, Vice Rector, Secretary of the Senate, Dean and Faculty Leaders, as well as institutions within the University of Lambung Mangkurat. This coordination meeting is the initial stage of a series of other work meeting activities which will be held to determine ULM’s strategic work programs for the coming years, especially for 2023 and 2024.
ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Si said at the opening of the meeting that there were several important points that needed to be addressed, especially matters relating to the strategic plan (renstra) which were currently also in the stage of perfecting based on guidelines from the ministry.
The Rector said that currently the Ministry has determined several Key Performance Indicators (IKU) that must be achieved and met. With this IKU, it is hoped that the determination of policies and work programs within ULM will be made on the basis of aiming to achieve the IKU targets.
To achieve this goal, he said that it is important for the leadership, both at the Rectorate and the Faculty, to strengthen synergies and improve planning based on strategic plans (renstra). In addition, it is hoped that in coordination meetings and working meetings later it will be possible to discuss in detail the strategy for implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in order to encourage the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU).
