ULM and Asprumnas Agree on KPP Housing MoU, Witnessed by the Minister of Housing and Settlement
MAKASSAR – Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) has made history by becoming the first university in Indonesia to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Association of Housing Developers and Marketers (Asprumnas). The signing was conducted by ULM Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, SE., M.Sc., and the Chairman of the DPP Asprumnas, M. Syawali P., SE., MM, in Makassar on Saturday (September 13, 2025).
This event took place as part of a series of socialization events for the Housing Credit Program (KPP), a new scheme derived from the People’s Business Credit (KUR) for housing. The event was also witnessed by the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), Maruarar Sirait (Ara).
This collaboration represents a strategic step for ULM to support the welfare of lecturers, students, and educational staff by providing affordable, affordable housing. This collaboration goes beyond meeting housing needs within the campus environment, but also represents ULM’s contribution to supporting national development.
This collaboration also marks an important milestone in efforts to expand access to quality housing.
This MoU is based on the spirit of collaboration between the education sector and the housing sector to promote the achievement of national ideals: a safe, peaceful, just, prosperous, and prosperous society based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
