ULM Holds 2025 Outstanding Student Selection, 20 Participants Compete Fiercely
Banjarmasin, February 25, 2025 – Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) held the 2025 Outstanding Student Selection (Pilmapres) at the ULM Banjarmasin Campus. This annual event was attended by more than 20 students from various study programs and faculties who had previously passed the faculty-level selection.
Pilmapres ULM 2025 evaluates participants based on three main indicators: Creative Ideas, Outstanding Achievements, and English Proficiency. The judges assess the innovation and originality of the ideas presented, the academic and non-academic achievements attained, and fluency in English as a competitive aspect at the national level.
Each participant must systematically and convincingly present their creative ideas before the judges. Additionally, they are tested in interview sessions that measure their understanding of strategic issues and their critical and analytical thinking skills.
The winner of Pilmapres ULM 2025 will receive intensive coaching in preparation for the regional and national Pilmapres competitions. ULM is committed to equipping its representatives with academic training, communication skills enhancement, and guidance in refining their creative ideas to compete at higher levels.
This event is expected to serve as a platform for students to hone their academic and non-academic skills and motivate them to continue innovating and contributing to society.
