ULM and TVRI South Kalimantan Continue Strategic Cooperation

Banjarmasin, January 20, 2025 – Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) officially established cooperation with TVRI South Kalimantan in a signing ceremony at the TVRI South Kalimantan Office, Banjarmasin, on Monday (20/1).

This cooperation was signed by the Vice Rector for Cooperation, Public Relations, and Information Systems of ULM, Dr. Ir. Yusuf Azis, M.Sc., and the Head of TVRI South Kalimantan Station, Drs. I Ketut Sukatariana, M.I.Kom. The signing was also witnessed by staff from both institutions.

This cooperation aims to strengthen collaboration between the world of education and broadcast media, especially in supporting academic activities, promoting university programs, and increasing public literacy.

“This synergy is expected to provide a positive impact, not only for the ULM academic community, but also for the wider community,” said Dr. Yusuf Azis.

Meanwhile, Head of TVRI South Kalimantan Station, I Ketut Sukatariana, added that his party was very enthusiastic about this collaboration.

“We see a lot of potential in this partnership, especially in raising the innovation of ULM students and lecturers through our media channels,” he said.

The signing of this collaboration is the first step in a series of programs that will be run together by ULM and TVRI South Kalimantan. With this collaboration, both institutions hope to provide real contributions in advancing education and information literacy in South Kalimantan.
