SNBT Announcement Has Been Released, 907 Prospective ULM Students Receive KIP-Kuliah
A total of 907 prospective new students who passed the 2025 National Selection Based on Test (SNBT) at Lambung Mangkurat University are recipients of the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) Kuliah scholarship.
Prospective students receiving KIP Kuliah will later be exempted from tuition fees until they graduate. In addition, students can also receive living expenses assistance with a maximum time span of 8 (eight) semesters for the Regular Undergraduate and Diploma Four Programs, a maximum of 6 (six) semesters for the Diploma Three Program, and 4 (four) semesters for the Diploma Two Program.
ULM Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni, Dr. Muhammad Rusmin Nuryadin, S.E., M.Si., said that prospective students receiving KIP Kuliah will also be exempted from the cost of health tests carried out for re-registration purposes at ULM.
He also reminded prospective new students who passed the SNBT selection through the KIP Kuliah candidate pathway to re-register from June 16 to 19, 2025.
“To increase the effectiveness of this scholarship program, the ULM team still has to carry out further verification to ensure that prospective students are truly from underprivileged families and are eligible to receive the KIP Kuliah scholarship,” he said.
On the other hand, if prospective KIP Kuliah recipients are deemed ineligible, they will be required to pay all tuition fees like regular students.
Lambung Mangkurat University is the oldest state university (PTN) in Kalimantan which has now been accredited as Excellent. In the 2025 National Selection for New Student Admissions (SNPMB), ULM has a capacity of 7,512 new students.
