ULM Wins Three Prestigious Treasury Awards for Its Commitment to Financial Governance

Banjarmasin — The South Kalimantan Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb) held a High-Level Meeting on Budget Execution Evaluation, Digital Treasury, Island Integrity Strengthening, and Stakeholders’ Day at the Postgraduate Hall of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) in Banjarmasin on Thursday (February 12, 2026).

This event was held to evaluate the performance of the 2025 budget implementation, convey strategic policy directions for 2026, strengthen budget management best practices, accelerate the implementation of digital treasury, and recognize top-performing work units.

The event, attended by heads of ministries/institutions and work units in the South Kalimantan region, carried the theme “Budget Execution Synergy: Supporting a Resilient, Independent, and Prosperous Indonesia.” The discussion focused on the 2025 budget performance achievements, the direction of fiscal policy for 2026, and strengthening the implementation of digitalization of state financial management in the regions.

The Head of the South Kalimantan Provincial Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) Regional Office, Catur Ariyanto Widodo, expressed his appreciation to all stakeholders for the 2025 budget implementation performance. He hoped that the 2026 budget realization would exceed 90 percent and that budget implementation performance indicators would continue to improve to align with national targets.

As part of the series of activities, the South Kalimantan DGT also held the Treasury Awards to recognize work units with the best performance in budget execution, cash management, and financial reporting. Lambung Mangkurat University received three prestigious awards:

1. Second Best for Fastest Financial Data Reconciliation in 2025;
2. Third Best for Ministry/Vertical Institution Budget Execution Performance in 2025 in the Large Budget Category (more than IDR 500 billion); and
3. Third Best Implementation of Digital Treasury in Ministries/Institutions in South Kalimantan in 2025.

The award was symbolically received by ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad, S.E., M.Si. from the South Kalimantan Provincial Treasury Office (KPPN) on Monday (February 9, 2026).

This achievement reflects Lambung Mangkurat University’s commitment to realizing accountable, transparent, and digital-based financial governance. By strengthening its integrated budget management and financial reporting systems, ULM continues to strive to support professional state financial management and strengthen the role of higher education as a public institution with integrity.
