Achieving national top 6 rankings in both categories demonstrates that ULM has successfully integrated digital communication and internal media strategies in a professional and measurable manner.
This national recognition from the Ministry of Communication and Digital Technology has significantly enhanced ULM’s credibility as an educational institution responsive to developments in communication and media technology. Furthermore, this achievement demonstrates that ULM’s public relations function extends beyond administrative functions to strategic partners in building a positive institutional image, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and supporting the achievement of the university’s vision and mission. With ULM’s inclusion in the top 6 nationally, greater opportunities are opening up to further enhance the capacity, innovation, and professionalism of the public relations team in managing ULM’s reputation and communications at the national and international levels.
