Student Entrepreneurship Program Technical Guidance: ULM Prepares Students to Face the Market and the Challenges of the Times
Banjarbaru, September 25, 2025 – Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) once again demonstrated its commitment to developing an entrepreneurial young generation through the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) Technical Guidance held at the ULM Postgraduate Building on Wednesday (September 25).
This activity featured two speakers, Moh. Iqbal Assyauqi, M.Pd., and Nur Al Amirullah, who presented on digital marketing and consumer psychology. This material is considered crucial for equipping students to manage businesses that increasingly demand creativity and adapt to technological developments.
The PIC of PMW ULM, Monry Fraick Nicky Gillian Ratumbuysang, M.Pd., expressed his appreciation to all the committee members and participants. He emphasized that this activity was a follow-up to the previous contract agreements and business assistance distribution to 24 student entrepreneur groups.
“The purpose of this activity is to renew the commitment we have established since the beginning. Activity and financial reports are important factors for evaluation and serve as the basis for planning for the following year’s Student Entrepreneurship Program,” he said.
The Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni, Dr. Rusmin Nuryadin, S.E., M.Si., in his remarks directly motivated the students. “I have high hopes for you to become entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurial path offers extraordinary leaps and choices in life,” he said.
The ULM Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) is a flagship program funded through student tuition fees (UKT). This program aligns with the ULM Rector’s vision to develop entrepreneurial character in the academic environment, while addressing the challenges of an increasingly competitive workforce.
Through this training, ULM not only provides capital support but also prepares students to face the market with a well-thought-out strategy, an understanding of consumer psychology, and promotional opportunities through various campus activities.
With this step, ULM emphasizes its role as a university that focuses not only on academic education but also on strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit of its students to produce an independent and competitive generation.
