LPMPP and FKIP ULM Prepare for ACQUIN International Accreditation
Banjarmasin, May 27, 2025 – The Quality Assurance and Learning Development Institute (LPMPP) of Lambung Mangkurat University continues to strengthen its commitment in assisting study programs towards international accreditation. On May 26-27, 2025, LPMPP held an activity called “Preparation of ACQUIN International Accreditation Documents” which was held at the Harper Hotel Banjarmasin.
This activity was officially opened by the Head of LPMPP ULM, Prof. Agung Nugroho, S.T.P., M.Sc., Ph.D., who in his remarks emphasized the importance of cross-unit collaboration in preparing quality documents that comply with international accreditation standards. He also encouraged each study program to dare to compete in the global arena and make international accreditation an instrument for continuous quality improvement.
This activity presented expert speakers, Hendy Santosa, S.T., M.T., Ph.D. from the University of Bengkulu, which provided technical assistance in the preparation of the Self Evaluation Report (SER) based on the ACQUIN (Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance Institute) criteria. The assistance focused on reviewing and improving the FKIP ULM SER document, learning documents, facilities and infrastructure, and mandatory accreditation attachment documents.
Participants in the activity consisted of the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of FKIP, Study Program Coordinators within FKIP, the ACQUIN Taskforce Team, the FKIP Quality Assurance Unit, and the LPMPP Team. For two days on May 26 and 27, 2025, participants were actively involved in the process of improving accreditation documents and monitoring the readiness of facilities and infrastructure within FKIP. LPMPP emphasized that achieving international standards such as ACQUIN is an important step in strengthening the competitiveness of institutions.
Its success is highly dependent on the synergy and active contribution of the entire academic community, both the University, Faculties and nine Study Programs within FKIP. Therefore, LPMPP invites all parties to continue to work hard, maintain quality, and strengthen the culture of quality in every aspect of the implementation of the Tridharma of higher education.
