Re-registration of Prospective New Students for the 2025 ULM SNBP Pathway

Following up on the Announcement Letter of the ULM Rector Number 1528/UN8/TU.00.01/2025 concerning the Implementation of Re-registration of New Students for the 2025 ULM SNBP Pathway, it is informed that there are 630 prospective students who have passed the 2025 SNBP Selection through the Prospective Recipients of the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) for College.

Prospective Recipients of the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) for College who pass the SNBP Selection pathway are those who have completed the files in the KIP College system on the kip-kuliah.kemdiktisaintek.go.id page and are integrated systematically with the prospective student’s SNPMB.

For the smooth registration of new students through the SNBP Selection pathway specifically for 630 people who have passed, here are important points that must be considered regarding the KIP  for College in addition to the terms and conditions contained in the announcement of the Results of the New Student Admissions Selection for the SNBP Selection Pathway for Lambung Mangkurat University in 2025:

Participants who have passed the 2025 SNBP Selection through the Prospective Recipient of the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP)  for College pathway are required to re-register on April 9-12, 2025.

Based on announcement 1528/UN8/TU.00.01/2025, regarding the Implementation of Re-registration for New Students through the 2025 ULM SNBP Pathway in point 2b regarding the requirements before re-registering (requirements for carrying out health tests for all study programs and psychological tests for study programs that have been determined), payments for 630 prospective KIP recipients are postponed so that prospective students do not need to pay health test fees to the bank.

Based on the announcement of the ULM Rector Number 1528/UN8/TU.00.01/2025, Number 3 point 1 regarding the new student re-registration procedure (Single Tuition Fee (UKT) payment), payment for 630 prospective KIP recipients is postponed so that prospective students do not need to pay the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) to the bank.

Based on the announcement of the ULM Rector Number 1528/UN8/TU.00.01/2025, Number 3 point 2 regarding the re-registration procedure (filling in biodata on the sirema.ulm.ac.id page), for uploading proof of payment for health/NAPZA tests (point c) and proof of payment for UKT (point d), 630 prospective KIP recipients uploaded the relevant 2025 KIP Lecture Participant Card (because they did not pay the health test and UKT fees).

Prospective recipients of the 2025 Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) are required to upload additional files according to attachment I in this announcement in jpg format with a maximum size of 500 KB (there are 12 files uploaded).

Data verification will be carried out by the ULM KIP Kuliah Team in 2025. Prospective recipients of the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP)  for College who pass the SNBP Selection pathway are required to upload the re-registration requirements at SIREMA and all the completeness requirements for prospective recipients of the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP)  for College files at SIREMA (as attachment I) and complete the data at kip-kuliah.kemdiktisaintek.go.id.

Prospective recipients of the KIP Kuliah through the SNBP selection pathway in 2025 who are declared ineligible/failed because they are considered capable as recipients of the 2025 KIP  for College based on the verification results of the ULM KIP Kuliah Team in 2025 are required to pay the previously deferred UKT according to the completed UKT form (paid pending announcement from the finance department).

Participants who withdraw from the verification of prospective recipients of the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) for College, either for reasons of canceling the lecture or feeling capable, must report by making a letter of resignation (sample letter attached) from KIP College and sending it to the email [email protected].For those who are not clear, please contact Mr. Budi (HP 081952885598) (chat only during working hours) or via email [email protected], @subbag_Kesma_ulm.
