ULM Achievement Award 2024: Awards for 2,266 Outstanding Students

Banjarbaru – Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) held the 2024 ULM Student Achievement and Performance Award on Saturday (12/14/2024). The event, which was held at the ULM Banjarbaru Auditorium, was an award and appreciation event for students, lecturers, and faculty for their contributions and achievements over the past year.

ULM is not holding back, it has disbursed appreciation funds of almost 500 million which were given to thousands of outstanding students. Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni, Dr. Muhamad Rusmin Nuryadin, SE., M.Si. explained that these funds are given to outstanding students at the local, national, and international levels.

“This year, there are 2,266 students who have achieved, both individually and in groups, from a total of around 700 competitions that were participated in. ULM has disbursed an appreciation fund of almost Rp500 million,” said Vice Rector III of ULM.

In addition to ULM, appreciation funds were also provided by other stakeholders such as Telkomsel, Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah and Bank Syariah Indonesia up to tens of millions of rupiah. In addition to the handover of appreciation funds, the event was also enlivened by the screening of student videos, the Student Entrepreneurship Expo, and art performances from UKM and Ormawa.

Met in his interview, Muhammad Adam Farid, the winner of the Best Project Video at the Youth Project Presentation IYEN international level, was very grateful and appreciated this event.

“The activities were really exciting, especially the art performances and performances from UKM and Ormawa. Hopefully in the future I can be more productive and participate in more international events,” he said.

This is certainly a motivation for both students and lecturers to continue to encourage active participation in developing achievements at the local, national and international levels.
