Public Lecture by Dr. Mohammad Sukeri Khalid (Universiti Utara Malaysia): “Strategies and Techniques for Writing Scientific Articles in National and International Reputable Journals”

Banjarmasin – The Postgraduate Program of Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) held a public lecture with the theme “Strategies and Techniques for Writing Scientific Articles in National and International Reputable Journals” on Saturday (12/14/2024). This event took place in the 4th Floor Hall of the Postgraduate Building, ULM Banjarmasin, starting at 13.00 WITA until finished.

This public lecture was attended by lecturers, educators, and students from the Masters and Doctoral Programs in Development Studies and the Masters Program in Public Administration ULM. This event was organized by the ULM Postgraduate Program as an effort to support improving the quality of scientific writing among academics.

This event presented speakers who are experienced in the field of scientific publications, namely Dr. Mohammad Sukeri Khalid (Dean of the School of Government (SoG) from the University of Utara Malaysia. He provided material on effective strategies in compiling quality articles, to techniques for being accepted in reputable journals.

The participants looked enthusiastic in participating in the discussion and question and answer sessions provided. With this public lecture, it is hoped that ULM academics will be more confident and skilled in publishing their scientific works at the national and international levels.
