Increase Human Resource Capacity Through the Promotion of Collaboration and Advanced Study Abroad

Banjarmasin – In order to increase human resource capacity through collaborative research and further study abroad for lecturers at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) initiated by the Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad, S.E., M.Si held a Collaboration and Advanced Study Socialization Event abroad, especially Saudi Arabia and Germany, by inviting selected speakers, namely Prof. Badrus Sholeh, M.A., Ph.D and Dr.-ing Suhendra, S.T., M.Sc who are Techical Experts, TUV Rheinland Indonesia & Senior Process Engineer (Consultant), Sillicon Products Bitterfield, Germany.

This socialization event was held on Monday (27/11/2023) at the Lecture Theater Building, Faculty of Economics and Business. Apart from that, the event, which invited the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, the Vice Rector for Cooperation, Public Relations and Information Systems, the Dean of the Faculty, all the Coordinators of the Faculty’s Undergraduate Study Program, and the Chair of the Faculty and Postgraduate UPKH, was moderated by moderator Agianto, S.Kep., Ns., M.N.S., Ph.D who is the Coordinator of the Nursing Study Program at the ULM Faculty of Medicine.

This socialization is certainly awaited by the ULM academic community, especially lecturers and students who want to continue their studies in order to increase the capacity of human resources within the ULM environment. Dr. Agianto as the moderator revealed that the resource persons who were present today as speakers were people who had real abilities and experience, so ULM was very lucky to be able to get this experience directly from the speakers. So he invited the entire academic community to flock to this useful event.
