UTMBK ULM 2025 Followed by Almost 4,000 Participants, Including Tahfiz and Disability Paths
Banjarmasin – Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) is ready to hold the 2025 Computer-Based Independent Written Examination (UTMBK) which will last for three days, from June 30 to July 2, 2025.
A total of 3,968 participants will take this exam, consisting of 3,939 regular participants, 15 tahfiz participants, and 14 participants with special needs. Participants with disabilities include 4 blind people, 3 deaf people, 3 mentally retarded people, 1 participant with slow learning disabilities, 1 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and 2 with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
The implementation of UTMBK ULM 2025 will use 25 computer laboratories spread across 10 buildings in the ULM Banjarmasin campus environment, namely:
- Rectorate Building (1 laboratory)
- Library Building (3 laboratories)
- Faculty of Law Building (1 laboratory)
- Faculty of Economics and Business Building (5 laboratories)
- Faculty of Engineering Building (3 laboratories)
- FKIP Building (7 laboratories)
- LPMPP Building (2 laboratories)
- FISIP Building (1 laboratory)
- Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Building (1 laboratory)
- Postgraduate Building (1 laboratory)
The exam will be divided into two sessions each day. The morning session starts at 08.00 to 11.00 WITA, where participants must be in the room at exactly 08.00. Meanwhile, the afternoon session takes place from 13.00 to 16.00 WITA.
ULM ensures that all participants, including participants with disabilities, receive adequate accessibility and supporting facilities during the implementation of UTMBK. Coordination with the technical team and the supervisory committee has been carried out to ensure the comfort, safety, and smoothness of participants in taking the exam.
UTMBK is one of the new student admission routes at Lambung Mangkurat University. This route opens up wider opportunities for high school graduates/equivalent who have not passed the national route such as SNBP and SNBT.
With a computer-based exam system, ULM encourages transparency and efficiency in the selection process. In addition, the UTMBK results will be the basis for consideration in determining graduation and study program placement.
With all the technical preparations that have been made, ULM is optimistic that the implementation of UTMBK 2025 will run smoothly and orderly. Strict supervision, adequate infrastructure, and the readiness of the committee and IT team are the main factors in the success of the exam.
