ULM Holds Socialization and Workshop on Preparation of 2025 KMBK Competition Proposals
Banjarmasin – The National Student Competition in Business, Management, and Finance (KBMK) is an annual event organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. This competition aims to develop students’ creativity and innovation in the fields of business, management, and finance. This competition consists of five categories, namely:
- Business Planning Competition
- Commercialization of Research and Appropriate Technology Competition
- Investment Research Competition
- Investigative Audit Finance Competition
- Scientific Paper Writing Competition
This competition is intended for undergraduate (S1) or applied undergraduate (D4) students who are active in state universities. As many as 2-3 students will join one team and choose one field that they will focus on in preparing the proposal.
The activity, which is the second year for Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) in this competition, is a reference for implementing the Socialization and Workshop for the Preparation of Proposals for the National Student Competition in the Field of Business, Management, and Finance at Universitas Lambung Mangkurat in 2025 on Wednesday (12/2/2025).
The activity, which was held at the Lecture Theater of the Faculty of Economics and Business, ULM, presented Dr. Shinta Dewi Sugiharti Tikson, S.E, M.MGT, a lecturer from Hasanuddin University along with students and accompanying lecturers who will take part in the competition.
Dr. Shinta’s presence at this socialization event was to share her experience of previously successfully assisting and leading her students to win first place in KBMK in 2023.
The Coordinator of the Student and Alumni Development Section, Evy Noor Aina Hasni, SE., in her speech appreciated this activity. She emphasized that this activity is a step for students to build relationships and partnerships in addition to honing their abilities.
“The goal of KBMK is to be a place to build constructive partnerships, especially among academics and the business world,” said Evy.
Evy also hopes that the presence of the speakers today can be a breath of fresh air for students who will participate later, so that they can understand the tricks and tips for compiling the right proposal so that ULM can achieve achievements in KBMK in 2025.
