Lambung Mangkurat University Holds Motivational Training to Improve Employee Performance

Banjarmasin – As an effort to increase employee work motivation, the Rectorate of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) through the General and Financial Bureau, has held Self-Development Motivation Training for Public Services for Education Personnel within the ULM Rectorate. This event will take place on Wednesday, January 17 2022, with the theme “Memacu Motivasi Kerja, Melejitkan ULM Jaya“.

This training was attended by the Vice Rector as well as all officials and staff within the ULM Rectorate. As part of this event, the General and Financial Bureau of the ULM Rectorate also invited Wahyudi Ibnu Yusuf, a trainer who will provide life reflections to employees.

Wahyudi Ibnu Yusuf, a bachelor’s degree graduate from FKIP ULM who then continued his master’s studies in Yogyakarta and doctoral degree at the UIN Antasari Postgraduate Department of Sharia Science, has also taken non-formal education. He is active as a caregiver and leader of Ma’had Darul Ma’arif Berangas, Barito Kuala Regency and often provides Islamic studies at mosques and prayer rooms in Banjarmasin and its surroundings.

This event also aims to strengthen friendship and solidarity among employees within the Rectorate. It is hoped that the reflections presented will provide enlightenment and become a reflection for employees within the ULM Rectorate to work more seriously and have clear life goals.

The event went smoothly and began with the cutting of the tumpeng by the Vice Chancellors. To enliven the event, the committee also held exciting games guided by the presenter, thus increasing the enthusiasm of the employees to follow the activities until the end.
