ULM Strengthens Student Character and Collaboration through 2026 Student Organization Development Activities
Banjar Regency – Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) continues to demonstrate its commitment to developing outstanding student character through the 2026 ULM Intra-Campus Organization Development Activities held at Bukit Bintang Park, Banjar Regency, on Thursday (April 2, 2026).
Representatives from 22 university-level student organizations, including the Student Executive Board (BEM), the Student Representative Council (DPM), and various Student Activity Units (UKM), participated in this activity. The activities were organized as outbound activities focused on personal development and teamwork.
The event was opened by ULM’s Student and Alumni Development Coordinator, Evy Noor Aina Hasni, S.E., who emphasized the important role of student organizations in shaping the leadership and character of the younger generation.
“Student organizations are a strategic space for developing character, leadership, and collaboration skills. Through these activities, we hope that ULM students can develop into resilient, adaptive individuals who are able to make real contributions to society,” he said.
Throughout the series of activities, participants participated in various activities designed to train resilience, increase self-confidence, develop creative thinking, and foster a sense of togetherness, responsibility, and cooperation among organization members.
These activities demonstrate ULM’s commitment to continuously fostering an active, productive, and competitive student ecosystem, in line with the university’s efforts to produce graduates who excel not only academically but also possess strong soft skills.
Furthermore, these activities also represent ULM’s commitment to being an impactful campus. Strengthening synergy between student organizations is key to creating a positive and innovative campus dynamic, enabling them to become the driving force behind various inspiring student activities and contribute to supporting the achievement of the university’s future vision.
