Banjarmasin – The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) received a visit from the evaluation monitoring team (monev) from the Directorate of Higher Education, Research and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kembikbudristek) in the context of monitoring and evaluation of the Revitalization Funding program LPTK (Institute for Educators for Educational Personnel) in 2023 on Thursday (26/10/2023) at Lambung Mangkurat University.

The monitoring and evaluation team that came were Muhammad Khafid, Patar Panjaitan, Miftahul Jannah, Mei Meilina Sari, Bagus Aryono, Reza Amalia, and Rahayu Dwi Riyanti who took part in online activities via zoom.

This monitoring and evaluation activity was attended directly by the Rector of ULM, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bahri, SE., M.Si., and the leadership at FKIP ULM, Dean, Prof. Dr. Sunarno Basuki, Drs., M.Kes.AIFO,; Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Deasy Arisanty, S.Si., M.Sc.; Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Dharmano, M.Sc.; and Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Ali Rachman S.Pd., M.Pd.. Monev was also attended by the PIC (Person in Charge) of this program, namely Iriani Bakti, Riya Irianti, and Dedy Rizani; Coordinator of the Professional Teacher Education Study Program (PS), Hidayah Ansori; PS PPG treasurer and financial manager for this program, Indra Nur Adhitya; as well as the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) FKIP ULM team, Ananda Setiawan (chairman), and Saiyidah Mahtari.

This funding program is carried out by implementing three main programs, namely (1) development of micro learning based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT), (2) development of ICT-based Learning Resource Centers (PSB), and (3) development of Learning Management System-based learning ( LMS). To develop ICT-based micro learning and ICT-based PSB PS PPG, FKIP ULM designed activities in the form of workshops, in house training, research grants for innovative learning tools, purchasing books and library materials, as well as purchasing tools in the micro learning room and PSB PS PPG. Meanwhile, for the LMS-based learning development program, FKIP ULM developed a synchronization system between the PPG LMS and Simari as well as assessment tools, question creation and answer keys in the LMS for lecturers and PPG class admins.

According to the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Deasy Arisanti, overall the monitoring and evaluation team stated that this program had been implemented well. The team asked that until December 15 2023, the entire program could be completed. Meanwhile, the program that is truly final is in-house training with 7 activities while others are ongoing.

“All in-house training activities have been completed, all that remains is to complete the product output which actually already exists and has been displayed during monitoring and evaluation,” said Prof. Deasy.

“Other things that need to be completed are PPG research progress reports, filling in gaps in accountability reports, and accelerating the provision of infrastructure,”she added.

Meanwhile, the Rector of ULM expressed his joy over the implementation of this program because the program being implemented can directly increase the FKIP KPI (Main Performance Indicator) which will increase ULM’s IKU. According to him, output-based programs must always be prioritized to achieve IKU.
