ULM Planning, Cooperation, and Public Relations Bureau Holds Capacity Building

Loksado – The Planning, Cooperation, and Public Relations Bureau of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) initiated by the Head of BPKH Drs. Parmasihat held a Human Resource Development (Capacity Building) activity in Loksado, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, on January 30-31, 2025. This activity aims to increase the cohesiveness and work spirit of all participants and strengthen the relationship between employees in the BPKH ULM Rectorate environment.

The Vice Rector for Cooperation, Public Relations, and Information Systems of ULM in his remarks expressed the hope that this activity would provide great benefits for the participants.

“Hopefully we can benefit from this activity, including maintaining cohesiveness and also recharging our work spirit,” he said.

This capacity building activity was carried out as an effort to strengthen relationships between employees and increase efficiency in working. With an open natural atmosphere in Loksado, participants took part in various activities designed to build teamwork and increase work motivation.

It is expected that after this activity, the work spirit and solidarity within the ULM Planning, Cooperation, and Public Relations Bureau will increase, so that it can provide a better contribution to the university. This event also received a positive response from all participants who felt they had gained valuable experience in strengthening togetherness in the work environment.
