Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Visits ULM, Holds Seminar on Successful Strategies for Facing the World of Work

Banjarmasin – Students of Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) got a golden opportunity from the visit of the Director & Chief Human Resources Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) Irsyad Syahroni in the implementation of the seminar on Successful Strategies for Entering the World of Work in the Digital Era. In his role, Irsyad is known for his commitment to the development and transformation of human resources, particularly focusing on employee growth, leadership development, and creating an effective organizational culture. Under his leadership, Indosat has prioritized the “HR Transformation” strategy, realizing that a talented and motivated workforce is essential to adapt to rapid technological changes and increasing competition in the telecommunications industry.

The implementation of this seminar is also a form of Indosat’s vision and mission to empower all Indonesian people to achieve our ideals to achieve the golden Indonesia of 2045, especially for ULM students. Swandi Tjia, EVP Head of Circle Kalimantan Sulawesi Maluku and Papua (Kalisumapa) Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, explained that this activity is expected to not only provide inspiration but also equip students with concrete strategies to succeed in global competition.

“By expanding this program to various universities in Eastern Indonesia, we hope to build a strong foundation for young talents in this region,” he said

Rector Prof. Dr. H. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc., in his speech greatly appreciated this activity and hoped that through this seminar it could provide an overview of the strategies that must be carried out by the younger generation to enter or prepare themselves to enter the world of work after graduation.

In addition to focusing on self-development, this seminar is also an event to introduce the Indosat program that is currently being echoed, namely the Waste Becomes Credit program. So this is expected to encourage students to care about the environment by exchanging the plastic bottles they collect for IM3 credit.
