Inaugurates Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business for the 2024 – 2028 Period, Rector Hopes All FEB Study Programs Achieve International Accreditation
The inauguration and handover ceremony for the position of deputy dean at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) was held on Friday (5/1/2024) and was attended by the Chair and Secretary of the ULM Senate, Vice Rector, Dean of FEB, Dean and Vice Dean at ULM environment, lecturers and staff of the Faculty of Economics and Business. ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad, S.E., M.Si led and directly appointed the elected Deputy Dean in accordance with the ULM Rector’s Decree Number 001/UN8/KP/2024 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Lambung Mangkurat University for the 2024-2028 period.
The list of names included in the handover of positions is Ahmad Rifani, S.E., M.M who was dismissed from the position of Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and replaced by Dr. Muzdalifah, S.E., M.Si., then Dr. Ade Adriani, S.E., M.Si., Ak who was dismissed from the position of Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs and replaced by Hamdani, S.E., M.Sc., Ak., CA, and Drs. Muhamad Saleh, M.P. who was dismissed from the position of Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs and replaced by Dr. Asrid Juniar, S.E., M.M.
In his speech, the Rector thanked the Vice Dean who served in the previous period for the dedication he had given to the ULM Faculty of Economics and Business. “Thank you for all the dedication you have given to the Faculty of Economics and Business and ULM which, God willing, will become a charity for the Vice Dean who has completed his duties well,” said the Rector. He also did not forget to congratulate the Vice Dean who had just been appointed and hoped that he could carry out his duties as well as possible in order to build a better Faculty of Economics and Business in the future.
On this occasion, the Rector gave instructions to the Vice Deans of the Faculty of Economics and Business. Achieving International Accreditation for Study Programs in the Faculty of Economics and Business, especially those that have been accredited with Excellence, is still something he is waiting for to be realized by the Vice Dean, especially the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs. “International accreditation will soon be prepared for all study programs at the ULM Faculty of Economics and Business, especially for Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees which have been accredited with excellence,” he said
The Rector also hopes to be able to guide students from the class of 2018 and below, which he feels is still a problem faced by ULM. “I don’t want any more students from the class of 2018 or below.” he added. With the inauguration of the position of Vice Dean, the Rector hopes that the ULM Faculty of Economics and Business can move forward better.
