Extending the MoU with ULM, Rector Appreciates the Support of the South Kalimantan High Prosecutor’s Office for ULM

Banjarmasin – Rector of Lambung Mangkurat University Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Si signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between ULM and the High Prosecutor’s Office of South Kalimantan Province on Tuesday (12/12/2023). This MoU was signed directly by the Rector of ULM Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Si., A and Head of the High Prosecutor’s Office for South Kalimantan Province Dr. Mukri, S.H., M.H in the Chancellor’s Meeting Room, ULM Banjarmasin Rectorate Building.

This signing event was witnessed by the ULM Vice Rector  for Academic Affairs, ULM Vice Rector  for Planning, Finance and General Affairs, Vice Rector   for Cooperation, Public Relations and Information Systems, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Head of BPKH, Plt. Cooperation and Public Relations Coordinator, as well as Cooperation Staff.

This signed MoU is an extension of the Memorandum of Understanding between ULM and the South Kalimantan Provincial Prosecutor’s Office. The cooperation referred to in the MoU has a scope, including:

1. Civil Law and State Administration Sector;
2. Education, Research and Community Service;
3. Improvement and Development of Human Resources Competency;
4. Independent Learning Program – Independent Campus (MBKM);
5. and other agreed Cooperation Areas.

The Rector of ULM said that through the MoU that had been implemented previously, there were various benefits of cooperation that had been felt. “In various events carried out by ULM, so far, thanks to the support of the South Kalimantan High Prosecutor’s Office, it has been able to run as well as possible, including yesterday’s (implementation of) POMNAS,” said the Rector.

The Rector appreciated the agenda and expressed his thanks for the signing of this MoU. It is hoped that the extension of this cooperation will provide even more benefits between the two parties.
