Coordination Meeting of Coordinators and Heads of Study Programs with the Rector
Banjarmasin – Rector of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Si invited all Coordinators and Heads of Study Programs (Prodi) to attend the Coordination Meeting at the Faculty of Economics and Business on Tuesday (03/10/2023). This event was attended by all Coordinators and Heads of Study Programs as well as all staff within the study program at ULM.
This activity was carried out as a sharing session between the ULM Rector and the Chair and Coordinator of the study program as well as all existing staff regarding matters that are expected to boost the performance of the University and Faculties, especially in the context of achieving Key Performance Indicators (IKU).
The Rector explained that strengthening coordination with study programs is very necessary to maintain ULM’s performance. “Because the spearhead of managing the Tri Dharma of higher education at every university is the study program. “That is why the study programs are accredited,” said the Rector.
The Rector also advised each Study Program Chair and Coordinator to prepare each study program to achieve international accreditation. “We hope that next year we can start the international accreditation program. Two study programs are required for each faculty. “In order to lead Lambung Mangkurat University to go international,” he added.
In this activity, the ULM Rector opened as wide as possible the suggestions and input he wanted to convey in order to facilitate work in order to improve ULM’s performance. He said that this meeting was a discussion forum for him with the Chairs, Study Program Coordinators and all staff involved so that it was hoped that with the realization of this activity they would be able to provide input and suggestions regarding the continuation that could be carried out to support activities in other study programs. Especially for activities that can increase the achievement of ULM’s Key Performance Indicator.
