Lambung Mangkurat University and Kaltara University Establish Collaboration

Banjarmasin – University of Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bank BRI. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or Memorandum of Understanding was held at the ULM 3rd Floor Senate Meeting Room on Monday (06/26/2023).

The signing of the MoU was carried out directly by ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, SE, M.Sc., with the Rector of the University of North Kalimantan Dr. Didi Adriansyah, STP,. MM and its ranks . The Rector of ULM was also accompanied by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations Dr. Ir. Yusuf Azis, M.Sc at the signing of this MoU.

Dr. Didi Adriansyah in his speech was very enthusiastic about the signing of this MoU. He hopes that through this collaboration, he can optimize existing human resources and knowledge for the common good.

“What we build is collaboration, not competence because we have the principle of higher education to have the same responsibility on how to utilize human resources and also knowledge in their respective regions.” Said the Rector of Kaltara University.

“This is also hoped for Kaltara University to be able to develop into a large tertiary institution in North Kalimantan,” he said

This joint agreement is for cooperation in the fields of Education, Research and Community Service where the scope of this agreement includes:

• Education which includes improving and developing human resource competencies, including the implementation of the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM);
• Research, study development, and application, as well as inventions and innovations;
• Community service, including the use of research and innovation results;
• Shared use of facilities and infrastructure owned by the parties;
• Improving and developing the competence of Human Resources;
• Independent Learning-Independent Campus Program (MBKM);
• Business development; And
• Other activities agreed upon by the parties in accordance with the duties and functions of the parties based on the provisions of the laws and regulations.
