ULM Consultation and Psychological Services Unit Holds Workshop for PTAM Intan Banjar Employees
PT Air Minum (PTAM) Intan Banjar (Perseroda) in collaboration with the Consultation and Psychological Services Unit of Lambung Mangkurat University (UKPP ULM) and the State Police School (SPN) of the South Kalimantan Regional Police (Kalsel) held a six-day workshop in the hall of PT Air Minum Intan Banjar . The inaugural workshop was held for three days, from 19 to 21 December 2023 with UKPP ULM. This In House Training activity with the theme “Improving Employee Motivation & Team Spirit” was attended by dozens of PTAM Intan Banjar employees.
Then most recently, from Wednesday 27 December to Friday 29 December 2023, another workshop will be held with the theme “Motivation and Refreshment”. This activity was attended by outsourcing employees at PTAM Intan Banjar for three days together with SPN Polda Kalsel. The event was opened by Syaiful Anwar SAP MAP, Main Director of PT Air Minum Intan Banjar.
In his speech, Syaiful Anwar conveyed a message to enter the new year 2024 so that all employees would be more enthusiastic in improving their performance compared to the previous year. He also emphasized the importance of improving attitude and work discipline as part of efforts to achieve better performance. “This activity is a strategic step in improving our services to the community. “With new enthusiasm in 2024, we hope to provide the best for our customers and have a positive impact on society as a whole,” he said.
The aim of this workshop is to provide motivation and train teamwork and also refresh the enthusiasm of employees so they can achieve more in 2024. This activity is also a form of PT management’s efforts. Intan Banjar Drinking Water (Perseroda) in increasing employee work motivation in serving customers and the community.
Syaiful also hopes that through this workshop, PTAM Intan Banjar employees can gain new knowledge and understanding that will bring benefits to the company and the communities it serves. “We believe that high work discipline is the key to achieving optimal performance. “Through this workshop, we want to strengthen these values among our employees to create a more productive and efficient work environment,” he concluded.
