The KKN-MBKM Workshop was Held at ULM
Banjarmasin – University of Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) is proud to carry out the 2023 ULM Independent Campus Real Work Lecture workshop with the theme “Real Work Lecture Transformation (KKN): Strengthening Community Self-Reliance in the Entrepreneurial Context”. This event was held for two days, June 9-10 2023 and took place at the Lecture Building, ULM General Building. Present at the event, ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, SE. M.Si, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Dr. Muhammad Rusmin Nuryadin, SE. M.Si, Vice Rector for Cooperation and Public Relations Dr. Ir. Yusuf Azis, M.Sc, 11 Deputy Deans for Academic Affairs and all Heads of Undergraduate Study Programs at ULM. ULM KKN MBKM organizers, consisting of the Chairperson of the LPPM (Prof. Dr. Ir. Danang Biyatmoko, M.Sc), the Secretary of the LP3 (DR. Arief Sholahudin, M.Pd) and the MBKM Coordinator (Prof. Dr. Suratno, M.Pd ) and PIC MBKM ULM, as well as dozens of other participants also attended this event.
This event was held by inviting Dr. Hasrullah, MA, lecturer at Hasanudin University Makassar as a speaker. He currently also serves as Head of UPT KKN MBKM Hasanudin University, with 10 years of experience as a pioneer of KKN activities at UNHAS. He also succeeded in carrying out KKN UNHAS activities not only in the national scope. but has brought UNNAS KKN to international KKN activities. In this event, many of his experiences were shared in the MBKM KKN Workshop this time.
KKN is an activity consisting of Education, Research, and Community Service where this activity focuses on villages in order to provide experience for students to live in the community outside the campus. In addition, through this activity students and the community can jointly identify problems and design programs carried out in the village and are expected to be able to hone soft skills, partnerships, cross-disciplinary/scientific (cross-competence) teamwork, and student leadership in managing development programs in rural areas.
The Rector of ULM really appreciated this event where he said that the KKN MBKM at Lambung Mangkurat University must be carried out with full awareness and support from all elements within the Lambung Mangkurat University environment as well as full support from all South Kalimantan Provincial Heads and Heads of Regional and City Governments in all Regencies and Municipalities. in the South Kalimantan Region.
