Rector Appoints Vice Deans of FT ULM for the 2023-2027 period

Rector of the University of Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc., officially appointed the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering ULM on Tuesday (21/3/2023) in the hall of the Faculty of Engineering ULM Banjarbaru. This event was attended by the Dean of FT ULM Prof. Dr. Ir. Irphan Fitrian Radam, S.T., M.T., IPU with lecturers at FT ULM.

Based on SK ULM No. 345/N8/KP/2023 Concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Dean of FT ULM. The 2023-2027 period explained that:

• The position of Vice Dean for Academic Affairs FT ULM for the 2023-2027 period is supervised by Dr. Mahmud, S.T., M.T., replaced Dr. Meilana Dharma Putra, S.T., M.Sc.
• The position of Vice Dean for General Affairs & Finance FT ULM for the 2023-2027 period is supervised by Ir. Nurhakim, S.T., M.T., replaced Dr. Andy Mizwar, S.T., M.Sc.
• The position of Vice Dean for Student & Alumni Affairs FT ULM for the 2023-2027 period is supervised by Dr. Ir. Abdul Ghofur, S.T., M.T., replaced Romla Noor Hakim, S.T., M.T.

On this agenda, Rector of ULM delivered a welcome  remark as well as a message to the newly appointed Vice Deans. In his remarks he conveyed a several  things that needed to be paid more attention to faculty leaders, especially the ULM Faculty of Engineering. Among these are laboratory certification and management, increasing writing productivity, optimizing alumni employment, and a good management approach to encourage service quality within ULM.

Currently ULM is in the process of transforming from a Satker college to a BLU (Badan Layanan Umum) college. ULM is also one of the universities encouraged to accelerate the process of becoming a PTN-BH (Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Berbadan Hukum).
