LPPM ULM Arranges Academic Papers for Two Raperda Initiated by the Banjarbaru DPRD

BANJARBARU – The Research and Community Service Institute of Lambung Mangkurat University (LPPM ULM) was assigned by the Banjarbaru DPRD to compile the Draft Academic Paper (NA) Raperda. There are two Raperda initiatives. First, the Raperda on Organizing Sports. Second, the Raperda Amendment to Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2006 concerning Financial Assistance to Political Parties (Parpol). A member of LPPM ULM, Reza Fahlevi, highlighted one of them, namely the Raperda for Organizing Sports.

“The proposed Raperda draft is a new draft. Because, only Bogor has regional regulations (Perda) regarding sports,” said Reza. in the City of Banjarbaru it is considered that it can become a legal umbrella, regarding the clarity of the fate of athletes, in the City of Dreams. In addition to the Raperda on Organizing Sports, there is also a Raperda on Funding Assistance for Political Parties. The existence of this Raperda refers to the administrative provisions of political parties which have undergone changes.

Meanwhile, Head of the Banjarbaru City DPRD Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda), Windi Novianto, hopes that the drafting of the two draft regional regulations can be realized soon. “Hopefully in February 2023, the collaboration with ULM for the creation of NA will soon be established. Then, in May or June, at least it will be finished. When finished, we will immediately convey it to the plenary meeting for discussion,” he said.
