Talent Coordination Meeting: Encouraging Innovation and Holistic Student Development

Banjarmasin, January 16, 2025 – Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a Coordination Meeting for the Delivery of the 2025 Student Affairs Talent Program. This event took place in the Senate Room on the 3rd floor of the ULM Rectorate on Thursday (16/1).

The meeting was led by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni of ULM and attended by the Head of the Academic Bureau, Chair of the 2025 Student Talent Working Group, Coordinator of Student and Alumni Development, Sub-Division of Interests, Talents, Reasoning, and Student Information, Sub-Division of Student Welfare, and Sub-Division of Alumni.

In this meeting, the Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni of ULM, Dr. Muhammad Rusmin Nuryadin, SE., MSi., conveyed the importance of coordination in designing relevant and innovative student talent programs. This program is expected to encourage the development of students’ potential in the areas of interest, talent, reasoning, and welfare.

This coordination meeting is an important initial step for ULM in designing a superior student talent program in 2025. By involving various work units, ULM hopes to create an environment that supports holistic student development. These programs are expected to provide positive contributions not only to students, but also to the university’s reputation at the national and international levels.
