Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) ULM Strengthens Quality Commitment through Accreditation Field Assessment
Banjarmasin – The Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) began the first day of the Accreditation Field Assessment (AL) for the Dentistry Study Program (PSKG) and the Dentistry Professional Education Program (PSPPDGPP) on Monday (March 2, 2026). This activity is part of a series of assessments held from March 1–5, 2026, by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Health Universities (LAM-PTKes). The first day of the assessment focused on presentations from study program leaders, clarification of accreditation documents, and interviews with alumni, graduate users, lecturers, and students. The agenda proceeded as scheduled, including verification, validation, and in-depth review of academic data, governance, and internal quality assurance systems.
The activity took place at the Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) ULM Banjarmasin and involved the Gusti Hasan Aman Dental Hospital (RSGM) as the main teaching hospital. The LAM-PTKes assessor team consisted of Prof. Dr. drg. Sri Oktawati, Sp.Perio(K) (Hasanuddin University), Dr. Haris Nasutianto, drg., M.Kes., Sp.RKG(K) (Mahasaraswati University, Denpasar), and drg. Abu Bakar, M.Med.Ed., Ph.D. (Baiturrahmah University). Present at this assessment were University Leadership represented by ULM Vice Rector I Dr. Iwan Aflanie, dr., M.Kes., Sp.F., SH, Head of LPMPP ULM Prof. Dr. Ir. Agung Nugroho, S.TP, M.Sc., Ph.D., and the leadership of the Faculty of Dentistry, including the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. drg. Maharani Laillyza Apriasari, Sp.PM, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, drg. H. Isnur Hatta, MAP, Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, drg. I Wayan Arya Krishnawan Firdaus, M.Kes., Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Drg. Deby Kania Tri Putri, M.Kes., Coordinator of the Dentistry Study Program, Drg. Amy Nindia Carabelly, M.Sc., and Coordinator of the Dentistry Profession Study Program, Dr. drg. Debby Saputera, Sp.Pros., and Chair of the Faculty of Dentistry Senate, Prof. Dr. drg. Rosihan Adhani, S.Sos., MS, FISDPH-FISPD. This assessment aims to ensure the alignment of self-evaluation reports with actual implementation in the field, assess the quality of the curriculum, academic and clinical learning processes, and the quality of graduates. The entire series of activities took place in a professional and collaborative atmosphere, reflecting FKG ULM’s commitment to maintaining educational quality and producing competent dentists according to national standards.
