494 PPPK Officially Join: ULM Holds Briefing and Contract Signing
Banjarmasin – Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a briefing and contract signing for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for the 2024 Fiscal Year on Thursday (October 23, 2025) at the ULM Lecture Theater General Building.
The event was attended by 494 PPPK who had received their appointment decisions and would officially begin their duties starting October 1, 2025. In addition to receiving the briefing, the event also included the signing of work agreements and the submission of a statement of commitment to duty.
This briefing aimed to provide an understanding of the duties, responsibilities, rights, and obligations of PPPK within Lambung Mangkurat University, and to serve as a starting point for them in fulfilling their roles as civil servants in higher education.
Head of the ULM Finance and General Affairs Bureau, Akhmad Iskandar, S.Pd., M.Pd. congratulated the PPPK candidates on their achievements and expressed his hope that the new employees would make the best possible contribution to the advancement of ULM.
“I hope you can carry out your duties to the best of your ability during your time as civil servants,” he said.
On the same occasion, Personnel Coordinator Heru Nurhidayat Eka Putra, S.T., M.T., also explained important points for PPPK ULM to consider. He emphasized several regulations and laws that must be understood, including Law No. 20 of 2023, Government Regulation No. 49 of 2018 concerning leave policies, and Ministerial Regulation No. 13 of 2023 concerning discipline.
This briefing is a crucial part of the PPPK placement process at ULM, demonstrating the university’s commitment to supporting the improvement of human resource quality within the public higher education environment in South Kalimantan.
