The Dharma Wanita Persatuan ULM Management Board for the 2024–2029 Term of Service is Officially Inaugurated

Banjarmasin—A total of 95 Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) board members from State Universities (PTN) and Higher Education Service Institutions (LLDIKTI) across Indonesia were officially inaugurated on Wednesday (August 20th). The inauguration ceremony took place online and was attended by Dharma Wanita Persatuan board members and advisors from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek).

The Chairperson of Dharma Wanita Persatuan Kemdikti Saintek, Indah Victoria Togar Simatupang, in her remarks expressed her appreciation and hopes for the new board members.

“Congratulations to all the Dharma Wanita Persatuan PTN and LLDIKTI board members inaugurated today. May this mandate be carried out with full responsibility, sincerity, and dedication. Let us move forward together, building a Dharma Wanita Persatuan that is healthy, empowered, and impactful for its members, families, nation, and state,” she said.

Meanwhile, the Advisor to the Ministry of Education and Culture’s DWP for Science and Technology, Levy Olivia Nur Brian Yuliarto, emphasized the importance of DWP’s role in bringing goodness to the surrounding environment.

“Hopefully, DWP can also provide many benefits in accordance with the contents of its march and have an impact on the surrounding environment,” she said.

In her direction, Levy Olivia also provided key messages for the administrators, namely:

1. Foster relationships, not treat the organization as a competitive arena.
2. Make DWP a forum for improving the capacity of oneself, one’s family, and one’s environment, as stated in the organization’s hymn.
3. Strengthen synergy and collaboration among members and with other parties.
4. Play an active role in the family and community, not only meeting personal needs but also being sensitive to those around them and bringing goodness.

With this inauguration, it is hoped that the DWP administrators of State Universities and Higher Education Institutions (LLDIKTI) throughout Indonesia for the 2024–2029 term will be able to create a solid, productive organization that will make a real contribution to the development of higher education and the wider community.
