ULM Signs MoU with PT ABM Investama, Increasing Collaboration with the Industrial Sector
Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or Memorandum of Understanding with PT ABM Investama TBK, at the Chancellor’s Room, ULM Rectorate Building, Banjarmasin on Wednesday (15/3/2023). The signing was carried out by ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc., and President Director of PT ABM Investama TBK, Achmad Ananda Djajanegara.
This signing was witnessed by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations (PKH) ULM Dr. Ir. Yusuf Azis, M.Sc., Head of ULM Cooperation Subdivision. The signing of this MoU is in the context of joint efforts to carry out development in the fields of education, research, community service and resource development.
The scope of this collaboration includes:
- Fields of education, research, community service;
- Increasing human resources;
- Forest and land rehabilitation;
- Business development; And
- Other activities in accordance with the duties, functions and authority of each party.
ULM continues to expand the scope of cooperation with the main aim of implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education and implementing the Independent Learning-Free Campus program. Through collaboration with various sectors ranging from government institutions to the industrial sector, ULM hopes to improve the quality of human resources (HR) and encourage the realization of Indonesia’s golden generation.
