ULM Signs PKS with ICE Institute

Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the Indonesian Online Learning Development Consortium (ICE Institute). The signing of the MCC was held at UTCC, South Tangerang on Monday (3/7/2023). The PKS signing was carried out by ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc., together with the Rector of the Terbuka University Prof. Drs. Ojat Darojat, M.Bus., Ph.D.
This Cooperation Agreement was carried out with the aim of utilizing online learning at the ICE Institute, with the scope of the agreement covering:
- Provision of online learning materials;
- Utilization of the facilities and infrastructure of the Indonesian Online Learning Development Unit (Indonesia Cyber Education Institute) or the ICE Institute
Through this PKS, ULM will be able to take advantage of the ICE Institute’s learning management system (LMS), including the use of infrastructure such as online training curation systems, online learning galleries, digital storage systems (block chains), micro credentials, and learning systems.
ICE Institute or Indonesia Cyber Education Institute, is an online lecture center accredited by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Provides various online lectures from many universities and online learning providers throughout Indonesia. The main goal of the ICE Institute is to facilitate the provision of quality education while guaranteeing the quality of online learning and distance education services. Through the ICE Institute, it will be easier for users to choose the right online course for career development in the Industry 4.0 era
Following up on this collaboration, ULM also held a socialization on the introduction of the ICE Institute program to the coordinators and heads of sub-divisions within ULM. The socialization of this program includes an introduction to the ICE Institute and the strategies and benefits of online learning conducted by the ICE Institute.
By carrying out PKS between ULM and ICE Institute, it is certainly hoped that it can help ULM in improving and developing learning services at ULM, especially online or online learning.
