Active ULM Booster Vaccination with South Kalimantan Regional Police
Banjarmasin – Implementation of the 2023 Booster Vaccination activities was held at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lambung Mangkurat (FK ULM) in collaboration with the South Kalimantan Regional Police through the Bhayangkara Tk III Hospital, Banjarmasin, Thursday (22/06/2023). This event was held in the context of the Bhayangkara Anniversary ” Bakti Kesehatan Polri Presisi” which was also assisted by the BEM (Student Executive Body) FKG and BEM FK ULM. Present and monitoring the vaccination activity were representatives from the Bhayangkara Tk III Hospital in Banjarmasin drg. Kristina Dewi accompanied by drg. Hasnilawati K.

In the interview, Krtistina Dewi expressed her gratitude to the Dean of FKG and FKG who have provided a way and opportunity for the success of booster and Covid-19 vaccination activities in the context of the 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary. This was also inseparable from the help of BEM FK and FKG colleagues who were quick to help. He hopes that the National Police can contribute to health workers and the academic community in FK and FKG to have more protection related to immunity against the covid 19 virus which will later become endemic. He also advised all people to keep working on increasing immunity in order to ward off the virus. “As we know, Covid 19 has not completely disappeared. We still have to be vigilant and increase the immunity of our health workers.” added drg. Kristina
The vaccinations that were held were intended for lecturers, students and all ULM academics, especially those in FK and FKG. However, it is also very open for the wider community who want to get vaccinated at this activity. “We are also very happy if there are people who take part in this activity. Our coverage can also be bigger so that the National Police can contribute to public health in Banjarmasin,” said drg. Kristina at the end of the interview.
