ULM Rector Attends South Kalimantan DHD 45 Inauguration for the 2023-2028 Period
Banjarmasin – Rector of the University of Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc., attended the inauguration of the management of the Regional Daily Council (DHD) of the 45 South Kalimantan Province Struggle Culture Agency for the 2023-2028 period. The event was held at the Mahligai Pancasila Building, Banjarmasin on Wednesday (24/5/2023).
ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri with Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Gusti Muhammad Hatta, M.S., attended the event as the Honorary Board of the DHD Management Board of the 45th Struggle Culture Agency for South Kalimantan Province for the 2023-2028 period.
On the agenda, Head of Daily 1 of the Central National Daily Council 45 (DHN 45), Lt. Gen. (Purn) H. Syaiful Rizal authorized and inaugurated the management of DHD 45 South Kalimantan directly. Governor of South Kalimantan Dr.(HC) H. Sahbirin Noor, S.Sos., M.H. appointed as General Chairperson of DHN 45 South Kalimantan for the 2023-2028 period.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the National DHN 45 advised the newly appointed administrators to be able to continue to be good role models in carrying out the tasks and mandates that have been entrusted to them.
“The inauguration ceremony for the management of DHD 45 South Kalimantan is an important moment in maintaining and strengthening the fighting spirit of the freedom fighters,” he said.
DHD 45 has a strategic role in encouraging the culture of struggle and strengthening a sense of nationalism among the people, especially in the Province of South Kalimantan. In carrying out his duties, he said that DHD 45 Kalsel would later need to work together with the government and various elements of society to strengthen state sovereignty, promote development, and improve people’s welfare.
“DHD 45 will also hold various activities and programs aimed at increasing historical awareness, the spirit of patriotism, and love for the motherland among the people, especially the younger generation,” he concluded in his remarks.
