HIMAPSIKA Holds Anniversary Celebrating 19 Years of Physics Education Study Program

Banjarmasin – The Physics Education Study Program (FKIP) of the University of Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) celebrates its 19th anniversary. The opening of the Anniversary event was held on Friday (28/4/2023) in the 1st floor hall of the ULM Banjarmasin Rectorate Building. The event was attended by lecturers, students and alumni from the ULM Physics Education Study Program. The celebration was held to commemorate the achievements of the FKIP Physics Education Study Program in providing quality education in the field of physics education for 19 years.

In the event, the Coordinator of the Physics Education Study Program, Abdul Salam M., S.Pd., M.Pd opened the event with inspiring remarks from the participants. He said that 19 years old is a teenager who cannot be underestimated. The Physics Education Study Program FKIP ULM has gone through many obstacles and challenges in its journey for the last 19 years. However, with dedication, hard work, cohesiveness and a strong fighting spirit, the Physics Education Study Program FKIP ULM has always succeeded in overcoming all the problems it faces.

This Anniversary event was filled with various activities carried out such as competitions and the selection of 2023 Physics Education Ambassadors. This Anniversary celebration was also to strengthen the relationship between FKIP and ULM and motivate students to excel in their studies. This 19th anniversary celebration is a very special moment for the entire academic community of the Physics Education Study Program. All event participants consisting of lecturers, educational staff, students and alumni seemed to really enjoy the event with great joy and enthusiasm. This event is expected to be a momentum to continue to strengthen the relationship between students, alumni, and the Physics Education Study Program FKIP ULM in order to improve the quality of education and the Quality of Quality Human Resources in the field of Physics.
