Strengthening Synergy, ULM Signs MoU with North Hulu Sungai Regency Government

Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) together with the Regional Government of North Hulu Sungai Regency signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or Memorandum of Understanding, held at Mess Nagara Dipa Hall, Monday (10/4/2023).

The signing of the MoU was carried out directly by ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc., with Plt. Head of North Hulu Sungai Regency Raden Suria Fadliansyah, M.M. which was also witnessed by the Secretary of the North Hulu Sungai Regency Council along with all the assistants and expert staff of the Head of North Hulu Sungai Regency. Vice Rector for Student and Alumni Affairs Dr. Muhamad Rusmin Nuryadin, SE., M.Si and Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations Dr. Ir. Yusuf Azis, M.Sc was also present to accompany the Chancellor in the signing of this MoU.

The Rector in his remarks expressed his deepest gratitude to the Regional Government of North Hulu Sungai Regency which had entrusted collaboration with ULM. This collaborative relationship is also in the context of supporting ULM to maintain and increase the achievements that have been designated as one of the Joint Research and Community Service Institutes with 40 Universities throughout Indonesia as the ULM Independent cluster.

The scope of this Memorandum of Understanding includes 1. Education, 2. Research; 3. Improvement and Development of Human Resources Competency; 4. Training; 5. Community Service; 6. Independent Learning-Independent Campus Program (MBKM); 7. Business Development and 8. Other activities required and mutually agreed upon.

The Rector hopes that with the support and synergy from the Regional Government there will be more blessings and progress for ULM in the context of educating the best sons and daughters of the Banua and the Indonesian Nation.
