ULM Holds Coordination with South Kalimantan DGT Regional Office

In order to solidify the transition of Lambung Mangkurat University as a PTN-BLU (Public Service Agency), ULM held a meeting with the Regional Office (Kanwil) of the DiRectorate General of Treasury of Kalimantan Province (DJPb) to coordinate. This meeting was held on Thursday (9/2/2023) in the Meeting Room lt. 2 Banjarmasin Rectorate Building.

ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc with ULM the Vices of Rector for Public Affairs and Finance Dr. Ir. Arief Rahmad Maulana Akbar, M.Sc., IPU welcomed the presence of the Head of the South Kalimantan Regional Office of DJPb Usdek Rahyono, S.H. along with the entourage.

Since the stipulation of ULM from PTN in the form of Satker (Work Unit) to PTN-BLU (Public Service Agency) by the Ministry of Finance in March 2022, until now ULM is still in a transitional period. One of the efforts made by ULM to strengthen this transition is by coordinating with related institutions, one of which is the DiRectorate General of Treasury.

ULM Rector Prof. Ahmad said that currently ULM is conducting an inventory of all of its assets while at the same time calculating asset opportunities that can generate income. The Rector also said that ULM needed to have marketing standards and strategies in managing these assets.

To achieve this process, Prof. Ahmad hopes that DJPb can provide guidance so that ULM can maximize the potential of its assets as PTN BLU and improve the welfare of the academic community.
