Field Assessment of Science Education Study Program Accreditation
Banjarmasin – Accreditation Field Assessment for the Science Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) was held on Friday (16/2/2024). Field assessment is one of the stages in the accreditation process which aims to verify, validate and clarify the data and information written in the Self Evaluation Report (LED) as well as carry out field assessments in the Study Program.
This activity took place in the FKIP Senate Meeting Room and was present by the Assessor Team, namely Prof. Dr. Diana Rochintaniawati, M.Ed from the Indonesian University of Education and Dr. Mohammad Budiyanto, M.Pd from Surabaya State University
The presence of the Assessor Team was welcomed by the Rector of ULM Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Si, Dean of FKIP Prof. Dr. Sunarno Basuki, Drs., M.Kes., AIFO and Vice Dean of FKIP, Chair of LPMPP ULM, lecturers and administrative staff within FKIP ULM. The presence of the Assessor Team is certainly a form of ULM’s commitment, especially the Science Education Study Program, in order to improve the quality of education provided to the community.
Prof. Diana in her speech admitted that this visit was no longer to evaluate but to clarify all the documents that the study program had submitted to LAMDIK. Moreover, the SISTER application, which is an application used to store lecturer service administration data, ultimately makes work easier so that it is more transparent. All lecturer service data can be collected automatically in one system via a cloud-based information system. “With the new system it is easier, sir, it is more transparent, which is done through the SISTER application,” said Prof. Diana.
Prof’s statement Diana was also supported by Dr. Budiyanto also hopes for cooperation from all study program teams to be able to work together in preparing the evidence needed to carry out this assessment activity. “From the LAMDIK side, if there is clarification, we can also really show the evidence in the field,” said Dr. Budiyanto
