ULM Rector Gives Material on “Regional Financial Management” at Tanah Laut Regency ASN Technical Training

Banjarmasin – Rector of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, SE, M.Si., was invited as a speaker at the Tanah Laut Regency Government State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Technical Training which was held on Wednesday (1/11/2023) at the Fugo Hotel, Banjarmasin.
The technical training which was held with the theme “Regional Financial Management” was a collaboration between P3SDM-LPPM ULM and the Tanah Laut Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). Carried out for 3 consecutive days, Lena Hanifa, SH, LLM., Ph.D, P3SDM-LPPM ULM Coordinator reported that this training activity was attended by 34 participants.
ULM Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, SE., M.Si., also had the opportunity to give a live speech at this event. He said that this training activity was a form of implementation of the collaboration between ULM and the Tanah Laut Regency Government. It is hoped that the presence of Tanah Laut Regency Government officials as ULM’s strategic partners will provide good synergy and collaboration in the context of implementing development in the South Kalimantan area.
“Local governments that collaborate with ULM directly or indirectly provide support to ULM in order to improve performance achievements for ULM,” said the Rector.
Prof. Ahmad in his speech said that he really appreciated the collaboration between the Regional Government and ULM. This is because one of the many benefits of this collaboration is that it can be a form of support to strengthen ULM’s accreditation as an educational institution, so that ULM can continue to improve its quality progressively for the future.
The Regional Secretary of Tanah Laut Regency, Drs. H. Dahnial Kifli, M.AP. The collaboration between ULM and the Tala Regency Government is also a concrete manifestation of the university’s concern in improving the quality of work of regional government officials, especially in this technical training, namely to improve the quality of regional financial governance. District Regional Secretary Tala hopes that this collaboration can continue to be implemented.
“ This technical training provides enlightenment for accountability in regional financial governance . “Take advantage of this time to ask questions and clarify further to avoid mistakes in preparing financial reports , ” he said to the participants.
