Budget Absorption Report Coordination Meeting, Vice Rector II Hopes to Focus More on RPD.
Banjarmasin – In order to measure budget absorption for 2023, the Rector of Lambung Mangkurat University, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, SE., M.Sc., invited the leadership and staff within ULM to attend the Budget Absorption Report Coordination Meeting which was held on Wednesday (6/12/2023). This event was held in the Senate Meeting Room on the 3rd Floor of the ULM Rectorate, where the relevant leaders and staff reported budget realization data up to 30 November 2023 and planned realization targets for December 2023.
The leadership who were asked to attend this meeting included the Vice Rector, Dean and Deputy Dean, Director and Deputy Director II of Postgraduate Studies. Head of Institution, Head of BAK, Head of BUK, Head of BPKH, Faculty Finance Manager, Planning Coordinator and staff, as well as Finance Coordinator with related staff.
According to the data that has been collected, the percentage of budget realization reached 81.67% of the minimum limit of 90%. This means that budget absorption is still less than the specified target. Therefore, there is a need for coordination with other units regarding this matter.
“In accordance with our plan, we will hold coordination regarding the realization of the budget and the obstacles felt in its implementation,” said the Head of the ULM Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations Bureau. This is deemed necessary to do in order to minimize things that could hinder budget absorption in other units.
Vice Rector for Planning, Finance and General Affairs Dr. Ir. Arief Rahmad Maulana Akbar, M.Si., IPU., expressed his hope that Faculty, Postgraduate and Institution leaders can work together to focus on Fund Withdrawal Details (RPD). That way, budget absorption and realization can be achieved optimally. It is hoped that the results obtained at this meeting can trigger enthusiasm to pursue existing deficiencies.
