Banjarbaru \u2013 Rector of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Si together with the entire ULM academic community made a pilgrimage to the grave of the ULM Rector. This activity was held on Tuesday (19\/09\/2023) in commemoration of the 65th Anniversary of ULM. The Rector together with the Vice Rector, Chair of the Senate, Secretary of the Senate, Dean, Head of Bureau, Coordinator and the entire ULM academic community also carried out divided pilgrimage activities. at several location points. However, the first destination for all ULM academics is centered on the grave of Brigadier General H. Hasan Basry in the Lianganggang area as the first place.<\/p>\n
The ULM Rector made a pilgrimage to the graves of former ULM Rectors including Prof. Anwar Dilmy, Prof. Drs. H., Kustan Basri, and Prof. H. Alfian Noor. Meanwhile, Vice Rector IV made a pilgrimage to the grave of Ir. H. Supardi, Prof. Ir. H. Muhammad Rasmadi, MS. The team from the Faculty of Fisheries and the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and several people from the Rectorate also took part in carrying out the pilgrimage to the grave of Prof. Ir. Yus’a Anward, S.U located in Rantau.<\/p>\n
The Rector saw that this series of pilgrimages was a form of respect for the services of his predecessor who was a former ULM Rector who had contributed to building ULM and finally today ULM will reach its 65th anniversary. This activity is routinely carried out every year and is a mandatory agenda ahead of the Anniversary ULM.<\/p>\n
“Without the struggle of our predecessors to build and develop ULM, of course we would not have reached the moment like now that we witnessed at the 65th Anniversary of ULm in 2023,” said the Rector.<\/p>\n
The Rector also expressed his appreciation and expressed his gratitude to all parties who have contributed optimally to provide the best service for ULM. Reflecting on the dynamics of ULM’s development which is getting better day by day, this of course cannot be separated from the role and contribution of the entire ULM academic community. Therefore, the Rector hopes that in the momentum of ULM’s 65th Anniversary in 2023, the entire ULM academic community will remain enthusiastically motivated to carry out their duties as members of the ULM academic community so that it can become a university that can be counted on at the national level.<\/p>\n
